Vasileios Vasilaros (Vas) graduated in 2000 with a BDS in Dentistry at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Farmacy in Bucharest . Moved back to Greece where he practiced private dentistry until 2006. Mr Vasilaros moved in Dumfries, Scotland in February 2006 and has been practicing dentistry in two Private/NHS practices in the region for over 16 years. In 2021 became a member of the DGSmile team and in July 2021 became the Practice owner and principal dentist.
He is practicing General dentistry and has a special interest in Facial Aesthetics. His interests are Philosophy, Traveling, Wild swimming, Cooking and Dining.

Eirini Vampouli graduated in 2008 from the Dental School of Athens Kapodistrian University Greece. In 2009 she moved to Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland and has worked in general practice since, providing all aspects of NHS and private dentistry. She has been working at DG Smile since 2011. She has furthered her education in paediatric dentistry, completing postgraduate training and achieving a master’s degree in Primary dental care with a special interest in paediatric dentistry at Glasgow dental hospital in 2013. She is a very friendly and approachable dentist and puts patients at ease. She is more than happy to provide further information on all treatment options. Outside of dentistry, Eirini loves attending dance classes, traveling and spending time with her family.

Maria Trianti is a GDC registered specialist periodontist and implantologist.
Maria gained her Degree in Dentistry in 2002 from the University of Athens and completed the Postgraduate Programme in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry gaining
her MSc Diploma in Periodontology in 2009. Following the completion of her studies Maria worked in private practice while being a Clinical Fellow at the University of Athens
participating in the clinical and preclinical training of undergraduate students in Periodontology for four years. With 20 years of experience in dentistry, 13 of which as a qualified
periodontist and implantologist, Maria is committed to providing the highest quality of care for her patients. For the last 7 years, she has been working in different practices across Scotland providing specialised periodontal and implant treatment, as well as general dental and restorative treatments, and has been part of the DG Smile team since2015. Her main focus is to provide specialised surgical and non-surgical treatment for periodontal disease that affects the gums and bone support of the teeth, as well as implant dentistry and has undertaken further training in full mouth implant supported restorations and computer- guided implant placement. Maria is a member of the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI), keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. Outside dentistry, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and travelling

Kelly-Ann graduated from the University of The Highlands and Islands in 2019 with a Distinction in Oral Health Science. She has worked in Dentistry for almost 16 years, first as a Dental Nurse and then going on to become a Dental Therapist. She has a wide knowledge of working in both NHS and Private Dentistry and carrying out Cosmetic Dentistry.
Kelly-Ann has a keen interest in treating children and nervous patients and will do everything she can to put you at ease while in the dental chair! 
Outside of work, Kelly-Ann has 2 young children and 2 golden retrievers which keep her busy.

Jade Jardine is a qualified Dental Nurses and started at DG Smile in October 2011. She studied at Carlisle College and gained her level 3 diploma in dental Nursing May 2014

Pinelopi Chasapi is a qualified dental nurse who joined DG Smile in November 2021. She qualified as a dental nurse in December 2020.

Alex Nicholson is a qualified  dental nurse. She joined the practice in October 2016 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified March 2024 

Rebecca Richardson is a qualified dental nurse who joined DG Smile September 2023.She qualified December 2021

Ailsa  is a trainee dental nurse who joined DG Smile in June 2024 .
